This accolade, received on August 28, 2024, marks our second consecutive year of achievement in this esteemed category. Mr. Yoshihiro Takada, Managing Director of OLIC (Thailand) Limited, proudly accepted the award from Mr. Praphan Tribuppa, Deputy Governor of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, during a ceremony held at Ayutthaya city park. This award highlights our ongoing commitment to fostering harmonious labor relations and enhancing employee welfare. Our dedication to maintaining transparent communication with our workforce and promoting a people-oriented culture has positioned us as a leader in labour relations. On August 26, 2024, at 12:00 PM, Mr. Niwat Rungsakorn, the Governor of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province along with delegates of 13 government organizations in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, conducted a significant site visit to OLIC (Thailand) Limited’s factory. The purpose of the visit was to assess the water situation and evaluate flood management efforts at the flood prevention dam within the industrial zone. Accompanied by Mr. Yoshihiro Takada, Managing Director, and the management team of OLIC (Thailand) Limited, Mr. Niwat Rungsakorn participated in critical discussions surrounding flood management strategies for 2024. This interaction aimed to instill confidence among local operators and reinforce collaborative efforts in addressing flooding challenges. During the visit, the company addressed measures and guidelines for labor management to prepare for potential future impacts. This proactive approach is designed to ensure that the industrial sector remains resilient and well-supported despite the challenges posed by flooding also inspected the advanced water pumping systems installed at the industrial estate, designed to ensure optimal preparedness for ongoing rainfall. OLIC (Thailand) Limited remains dedicated to working closely with local authorities to enhance flood management strategies, ensuring the continued viability of businesses in the region.
